Pam Fraser Solomon made this 1/2 hour radio broadcast in 2001. A
brilliant researcher, Ms Solomon resurrected original accounts of Henson such as
the 1910 Boston American Newspaper interview and the 1939 Lowell Thomas article.
Her dramatic record includes statements from Paul Landry (North Pole
Adventurer), relatives such as Bert Peary Stafford, with experts Dr. Allen
Counter and Doug Davies.
Henson's relatives Audrey Mebane and Olive Henson are also heard. This is a
wonderful piece of audio journalism. A treasure for all time! |
